When Will Football Manager 2009 be out?

I'm sure you've heard of Football Manager, the Game which broke away from Championship Manager back in 2003, and I was wondering when Football Manager 2009's going to be out. I've purchased every edition since the Series was released, and I'm curious.

I am not actually sure when Football Manager 09 is coming out but to say i am hyped for it is an understatement.

Anyway, i have heard November but that hasn't been confirmed i don't think!
